Starting figures in ringgit, then a quote that follows the brief
A settings study is priced by the shape of the tree, the number of testers, and whether we leave the Petaling Garden room. These starting amounts are not packages you tick. They are the floor we quote from once we have read the app and the controls in scope.

Amounts are informational. There is no checkout on this site. A written quote precedes any work.
What moves a quote up
- More testers, or a second language as a planned split. A Bahasa Malaysia plus Mandarin sample is two recruitment lists, not one bilingual afternoon.
- A second settings area after we have already mapped the first. Quiet hours plus unit preferences is not “one more toggle.”
- A build that needs a new install each session because preferences cannot be reset, or because a store login cannot be shared.
- Travel beyond Petaling Jaya and the nearby Klang Valley. Field days on the peninsula outside Selangor are quoted as travel plus the day rate.
- A request to include a short competitor walk as an appendix. We will do it; it is extra hours on the map, not a free comparison chart.
What we do not charge for
Intake reading of a brief that is already complete. A second debrief if the first one was cut short on our side. Fixing a factual error in the memo after you point it out.
Deposits
Work begins after a fifty percent deposit against the quoted figure. The remainder is due when the memo is delivered, before the debrief if you want the debrief on the same week. Recruitment costs for testers who have already been booked are not refundable if you cancel inside seven days. The refund page sets the rest of the conditions.
